How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the United States. International orders can take between 7-21 business days depending on the destination and customs processing.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items. Products must be in their original, unopened packaging to be eligible for a full refund. Please note that individual booster packs and single cards are non-returnable.
How are single cards shipped to ensure quality?
All single cards are shipped in a protective sleeve and a rigid top-loader. Orders over $20 are further secured in cardboard mailers to prevent any bending or moisture damage during transit.
Do you offer pre-orders for upcoming sets?
Yes, we offer pre-orders for all major TCG releases. Pre-order items are shipped on the official release date provided by the manufacturer. Please note that orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items will ship together once all items are available.
Are all your products factory sealed?
Absolutely. We source all our booster boxes, elite trainer boxes, and decks directly from authorized distributors to guarantee that every product is 100% authentic and factory sealed.
